Volunteers sought for salmon taste tests

FITC—More than 200 volunteers who like to eat fish are needed for canned salmon taste tests Oct. 13-17 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Wood Center. Participants will be asked to rate the salmon’s appearance, taste and texture on tests conducted by the UAF Fishery Industrial Technology Center in Kodiak with the assistance of UAF Cooperative Extension Service.
First Friday exhibit connects art and arctic science
