Interdisciplinary M.S., Ph.D. in Seafood Science, Seafood Business or Marketing
The Fishery Industrial Technology Center, the UAF School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences and the UAF Graduate School’s Interdisciplinary Program support an interdisciplinary graduate program of study in seafood science and nutrition, seafood business or seafood marketing.
FITC in Kodiak is Alaska’s state-of-the-art fish utilization research and development organization. With knowledge from diverse scientific disciplines, scientists along with students, work year-round to discover new methods to harvest, preserve, process and package Alaska’s ocean resources.
