UAF Strategic Plan Committee
Charge:
The UAF Strategic Plan Committee
- reviews the current UAF mission statement
- analyzes UAF's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- SWOT results from Web - see results here
- determine a set of core principles and core values by which the university will function
- develop four or five measurable goals to position the university in the current climate
The goals generated by the committee will guide efforts by the various university departments as they develop plans aligned with Strategic Plan 2010.
