Alaskan Shellfish Safety, Quality and Markets
The goal of this work was to assist Alaskan clam and oyster aquaculturists in answering some of the mentioned issues raised by the industry. This was to be achieved through an integrated interdisciplinary research in quality, safety, and market economics.
Presentations:In coordination with the UAF – Marine Advisory Program, data collected and analyzed in this project was presented to Alaskan Shellfish Growers at a number of meetings.
