The Kasitsna Bay Laboratory is located on 15 wooded acres in one of the most productive marine ecosystems in the world-- Kachemak Bay, Alaska. The facility, which is nine miles from the nearest town of Seldovia, overlooks Kasitsna Bay, a scenic embayment protected by McDonald Spit. The lab includes a wet lab, dry labs, dive locker, and accommodation for up to 48 people.
