My research activity has been focused on Seafood processing and engineering with emphasis on:

  1. Development of value-added products,
  2. Conversion of seafood processing wastes into value-added functional ingredients
  3. Separation of health beneficial/economical components from seafood wastes, and
  4. Optimization of processing conditions.
