All-Faculty Meeting, October 10-12, 2008, Fairbanks, Alaska
INSTRUCTIONS
The 2008 SFOS Faculty meeting was held in Fairbanks over the weekend of October 10-12. Based on our survey, this was the weekend that most faculty were available.
The meeting started with a reception at 6 pm on Friday, October 10, (kickoff dinner at 7 pm) and ended about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 12. There was also a dinner at the University of Alaska Museum on Saturday evening.
TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS
- Air travel
- Please book your airline tickets early for the meeting.
- The cost of the trip for all faculty will be paid from the Dean's Office. Please use accounting code 103010 62313 on your TAs.
- TAs can be signed by your unit director.
- Transportation from and to the airport will be provided.
- Please send your travel schedule to Tara Delana, Assistant to the Dean, at tara.delana@sfos.uaf.edu when your trip is arranged.
- Lodging
- The meeting will be held and hotel rooms are blocked at the Fairbanks Princess Lodge.
- Please call the hotel at 1-800-777-1725 to reserve your room. The group identifier for booking is TNB-L8282 at $75/night.
- Please include the room cost on your TA and plan to pay for your room with a credit card.
